mauser trigger guards

hello

i was just wondering what mauser trigger guards an interchangeabul? will any model 98 guard fit another. i got a german mauser with a post war winter trigger guard that is stamped and i wanna change it back to original. can i use a milled german guard in it?

In most cases yes you can interchange.

Are you chambered in 8mm or .30-06? The .30-06 mag well will be stretched (forged) for the extra cartridge length as used in the modified postwar Norwegian K98's.
