Mauser value check.

Ok fellow Mauser collectors; what would you value a Styer 1912 Mauser (long rifle). I'd say very good+ overall, totally matching numbers including stock, Chilean crest on still "white" receiver, stock never sanded with only honest handling marks and has very clear 1912 cartouche on right butt. Bore a little dark, possible minor pitting. Two fellow collectors who really know Mauser's say these dont rate to high on the Mauser collector scale. I thought it looked as nice as my 1935 Brazilian and 1909 Argy, but then again I'm primarily and Enfield/Ross guy. Anyway, looking opinions on collectability and realistic price range.
