I'm having a bugger of a time. Bought my daughter this shotgun (youth model). Fit it for her (cut the stock for a shorter lop, even some weight to balance it) and she's lost interest. I'd like an adult stock for myself on it now. Don't care what is made from. I understand 500 stocks will fit. I have found out that some companies (like ATI) say their stock will fit both the 12g and the 20g, but on the 20 it will be a proud fit. Most companies don't mention whether they fit the 20g at all. I don't mind modifying a stock a little, but I need to know if it will really fit or not. Anyone have a Maverick 88 in 20g and replace your stock? If I'd ideally like to have a Magpul sga, but I can't figure out if it'll fit or how much I'll have to butcher it. I'm almost ready to get a chunk of wood and carve my own. Not sure if I'm willing to do that right now, but I'm tempted.
