Maverick 88 question

I want to mount a sling on my Maverick 88 18.5" but there is no eye for the swivel on the mag cap
Any suggestions?

Thanks, I see that there is one listed for the Moss and Mav is slightly differant
Have you tried one?

Nope havent tried it. My cap has a small hole thats threaded for a stud.

uncle mikes makes a set with one stud to screw in the buttstock and one stud with a nut to go in your existing mag cap. you probably need to drill out the centre of the mag cap a bit for the stud, but it is dead simple. most dealers carry uncle mikes stuff, should be easy to find.
