Maverick krylon paint job

I just got some plastic paint from canadian tire, the krylon fusion kind, i picked satin hunter green, i think its going to look nice

I just plan to have the stock and foregrip done, ill post pics after

im not going to us a primer, or should i be?

Yup. Krylon makes a primer. I used it before I painted my stock.

I used the Krylon olive drab when I made a custom quiver mount for my crossbow. Some of it was on injection molded plastic, some over Tremclad flat black on aluminum. It has stood up well on both surfaces, no primer.

In my experimenting you don't need a primer for the Krylon plastic stuff..you just have to apply even coats, and let it cure the time required.

Krylon Fusion is what I have used as primer on my last couple of synthetic stock paint jobs.
