Max Michel "Intermediate Competative Pistol" course July 4 & 5th in Ontario
I was speaking to Max today and he mentioned he still had some space in his upcoming class on July 4 & 5th being held at Silverdale Gun Club. Just thought I would post this for him as some people may not be aware of the upcoming course. I had spent some time training with him in Louisiana a few weeks ago and would highly recommend him as an instructor. Very well spoken and friendly guy with an amazing ability to communicate what and how he wants you to perform a drill or action. Here is a quick bio and some information on him and the course from the website.
At age 31, Max Michel is a legend within the world of competitive shooting. A three time World Speed Shooting Champion, six-time USPSA National Champion, and three-time US National Steel Champion, Max is a dominant force in pistol shooting sports. Born and raised in New Orleans, LA Max began shooting when he was just 5 years old. In 1999 Max joined the famed USAMU’s Action Pistol Team and served in the U.S. Army for 10 years as an Army shooter and trainer. Max is also the current captain of the Team SIG SAUER shooting team. Today, Max is recognized worldwide as a top tier athlete and instructor.
Intermediate Competitive Pistol is essential to any competitive shooter looking to break through to that next level. This fast paced course will take each shooter through the fundamentals of speed shooting, recoil management, transitions, drawing from a holster, speed reloads, basic movement techniques and many more vital skills necessary to win!
Classes are limited to 10-12 students to ensure more personal, one-on-one attention.
Registration is on a first-come, first serve basis. The course will run rain or shine. Lunch is included on course-day.
Tuition: $600.00 per person for the 2 day course.
A great opportunity to take some top level training from one of the best shooters and trainers in the world.
You can email him at max@maxmichel.com to sign up for the course. He will respond back but is shooting the Doubletap match in Texas the next few days and may be a day or so responding to email.
