500 Hate Windy's and buy a crate and fire it off in one sitting ... yes the whole crate. After this you shall be absolved from all sin ... you still lose your soul tho because by the time absolution comes the rifle will already own it.

Thankfully it is still a free country and you can enjoy more than one gun at a time. I like ARs I like SKSs. I like colt 1911, colt 45s, smith and wessons, rugers, glocks, CZ, FN s, Remingtons, winchesters and Marlins. Blackpowder and smokless. Its a hobby have fun with whatever floats your boat.

I keep on hearing about people getting Russian SKS rifles. I know they're cheap but how's the accuracy?

I don't expect it to be as accurate as my ARs. But I didn't buy it for it's accuracy. I wanted an all weather tank that shoots cheap ammo.

I expect most SKS's will shoot "minute of goblin" out to 250 yards.
