Did a doubletake when I saw the 16.10 date. My first pistol was a Type 14, 16.10. Then I noted your serial number.....

What is the significance of the serial number?

Lovely pistol. I'd really like to get the Type-14 with the Winter trigger guard. Amazing design if only the manufacturing had been better.

Soon enough I will be shooting it! I have two rounds courtesy of an outstanding CGNer. I will of course post a video of the 2 round test!

Mine had a very different serial; same date, but obviously a different pistol.
