i was wondering if its possible to make a tumbler using a vacuum motor? got the wife a new one & old one still works, & mods if this is in wrong spot pls move to appropriate forum

Not really a good choice. The rpm is way too high and the life span running for extended periods would be short. It can be done with a lot of reduction. Short answer, DON'T waste your time.
