they are hard to find, keep your eye on the equipment exchange, i sold one not long ago. could try joining some american precision rifle forums and check out their equipment exchanges too but you wont be finding one sitting on a shelf at any store anymore.
then your search just got 10x harder. short action mirs rails do exist but are extremely rare. most of them were long action rails like the one i had. im sure you can find one if you check on US forums but get ready to pry that wallet open and feel the burn.

heres the one i had, long gone along with the rifle. the black rifle is a basic 700 police model from the late 90s, garbage scope, nothing special, but surprisingly accurate for a factory rifle. the big one was a 700 long range stainless, mcmillan a4 stock with the old style notch, vortex venom scope. .300 win mag. the thing weighed about 17 pounds with the bipod and had less recoil than the .308 700 police by about half.
