Yes. we have customers feedback who claim 0.25 MOA. This is with the R700 though. The mossberg chassis is quite new, and we have yet to receive feedback on accuracy improvements and stats.

Shot mine today at 25 yards (longest indoor range I had access to)
results were a .468" total, -.223 = .245", 5 rounds, factory ammo (not match)
extrapolated to 100 yds = 0.980" so sub moa.
Although I was on an uncomfortable and wobbly bench today, so I expect it to improve when I am in a comfortable and stable position.
I have no doubt I can do .5 MOA with this rifle in this chassis. (And I am not that good).

Yes, we just received the rifle (probably the first one in Canada) and are working on it. It should be available in a few months.
