Received an MDT product as a Christmas gift, unfortunately the wrong version got ordered. I contacted MDT and they were very helpful and responsive in getting everything sorted without having to involve the gifter and make them feel silly for ordering the wrong thing. I sent the original part back and to make a long story short, Canada Post screwed up. Ryan at MDT was on the ball, he stayed in contact and made sure I was taken care of in despite none of the situation being MDT's fault. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Thanks again!!!
 
I can echo the same sentiments. Just placed an order - had to ask a few questions over the phone and they were fantastic to deal with. Thanks Ryan!
