Super impressed with MDT! Best sale by far on Black Friday and the products I received are top notch!
From quick shipping to the way everything is packaged for the customer with all the extra little things (chamber flag, stickers, patch, Christmas card) is outstanding.
I will definitely be doing much more business with MDT in the future!

I ordered one item that I knew was back-ordered, they responded to my questions fast and even refunded the shipping on my second order.

Great customer service

This is my second year buying at the MDT black Friday sale and it is going to have to become a winter tradition to buy on black Friday and do a nice build over the winter. love the product quality and design and service is second too none! Got an email saying item i ordered from the super sale was sold out and they are goin to make me a new one! couldn't ask for better as a consumer. Only disappointing part is now that i know they are making a new one I want to change the color lol
 
Next year is going to be even better! We'll get black Friday pricing that will be the same regular pricing pre-2022!

I don't like it either., but with inflation, federal mismanagement, supply chain disruptions, this can be said with just about anything! Frankly I'd be surprised if we don't see another 6 - 8% inflation this time next year.

But back to MDT, you guys rock! Always top notch product & customer service.
 
Couldn't agree more.
Got all the goodies as you describe, plus same experience as another here. Bought a factory second stock on the cheap. the other parts shipped without it which I though was a little weird but being black Friday and floods and crap figured not a big deal.
They get ahold of me to let me know the site allowed them to oversell the factory seconds and are offering a full refund or if I wanted to wait, I can get a brand spanking new one as they are made. 12 ish weeks is a short time for those savings. As far as I'm concerned that's above and beyond. Easily won a customer for life right there. Someone also tried to witch hunt them on Reddit and people were quick to defend until they saw all the facts. Someone from MDT jumped in and explained it all and I don't think anyone can hate on them for that.

Oh don't get me wrong. The other order I put in the same day came super dang quick.
I just assumed I fell through the cracks. My range isn't super accessible in the winter anyway, just greedy and wanted it to play with over christmas holidays.

We respond to all e-mails in the same business day. If you haven't gotten a response since the auto-response, it is possible you clicked solved on our answer bot which stops the e-mail from coming through. If you respond again it will get back into our system.

Yes, that is the preferred method since it logs all data even quicker and makes things go smoothly.
