Meat cutters.............

Just curious as to who is out there that cuts meat professionally in the Kamloops
to Salmon Arm region?
Our chap up in Knutsford has given up and the one by Chase has done the same.
Not wishing to do my own and I know there is one chap up at the Louis Creek
turn off, but out of the way.
So, one hour east or south east of Kamloops or so, who you using?

Just on the other side of Salmon arm on the way to Enderby there is a place called Westland Sausage. It might be a little far for you but I have been taking my deer there for the last few years and enjoy it.

Took my first deer ( small buck) to a guy in Savona.

When I remember his name I will give you a pm.

I butchered my 2nd one ( Whitetail doe) myself.........gonna need more practise though.

heard about a guy named gary in kamloops, i believe he owns a butcher shop. look up gary,s meats or something along those lines
