Whacked this 15lb jake an hour after the sun finally showed itself on Saturday. Now that I have this one , I'll be gunning for a big Tom that I know of ....he's a cagey bugger that doesn't gobble and will avoid dekes.
I'm sure he's one that was in the same area for the last couple of years.
" Hopefully " he will continue his usual course for the day and I can ambush him

Congrats Timberlord! I got one about the same size on Thursday. The young ones should be excellent table fare. I'm saving mine for when the Family visit in the Summer. I'm also gunning for a big Tom for my 2nd tag. Good luck getting yours.
