I've acquired a old MEC 700 single stage 12 ga. reloader (looks identical to the current MEC 600 Jr. Mark V as far as I can tell). I've been doing my homework and I'm just about ready to go, but I still have a couple of questions:

1) I'm still not totally clear on how to set-up and read the wad pressure indicator & wad height indicator. Can someone enlighten me?

2) Everything I've read says to take one shell through all the stations before starting your next shell. At the same time I'm finding on-line videos where multiple shells are being processed at the same time. Is this the sort of thing where I will start out doing one shell at a time, but where an experienced reloader might have 2 or more shells on different stations at the same time?

Thanks:)

1. wad height and pressure is more for use when creating wad columns like in the old days before plastic shotcups, where we used felt and other fibre wads and had to have certain heights and wad press.
2. I have always found it easier to do a run of 50 cases or so and do 1 step at a time IE: derprime all 50 then prime all 50, etc., but it can be done like a progressive except you move every empty around every station.
