Do you have the manual for it? If not, find and download a PDF file of it.
Is a part broken? or is it out of adjustment?
There is a good troubleshooting section in the manual.
There is also a good parts diagram and parts list with part numbers near the end of the manual.
If it's just a part that is broken or missing, find the part number and then find a MEC dealer and have them order the part in, if that is what's wrong.
That is what I did after I acquired a MEC 9000G that was missing like three parts after comparing it to the diagram.
