I have a mec 9000 for 12ga. and I use it only for
winchester AA 7 1/2 target load.

Pump'n them out this morning and then bam,
the press stiezed on me. I pull the handle down
as normal and it just stoped. It feels as
though it has bottomed out, but only at half
stroke. The handle will go back up again but
it sure won't down down any further.
From what it looks like, I would have to say
there is something jamed or the problem deems
to be at the re-sizing position (station 1). It
has that hull griped pretty tight.

Anyone had a similar experience or know what may
be the cause of this ?

It could be crunching a shell at almost any station, could have been something in the case to begin with, you'll have to go over every shell at every station till you find the offender.
 
With the Sizemaster, when this happens it's almost always the link to the initial depriming/sizing station. The one that cups the brass and squeezes it in. We just lube the crap out of it and it comes back around.
