Does anyone have a list of the Sizes and Diameters of the MEC powder bushings? I want to make my own.
Just to clearify I need the bore size in decimal

The MEC table only shows what charge you can expect to get from different powders in each bushing. It doesn't show the size of the hole.

LEE publishes a table of powder density, you could use that in conjunction with the MEC table to work back to what volume each bushing must have.

Alternatively you could just ask on the shotgun or reloader forum for people to measure their bushings and report back. You would likely get most of the popular sizes pretty fast doing that.

Best bet is to pick up a universal charge bar or get the bushings cheap at a gun show where I've seen them go for 2-3$ each. Making your own will require alot of trial and error, putting them in the bar, throwing a charge, weighing it, more reaming, repeat, oops!! took too much off.

Ok I am the Cheapest man alive (or very close to) I work in a CNC shop so punching them out after work or on a weekend is no big deal.
So if someone has a veriner and can get the bore sizes manufacturing is simple! No trial and error just copy what is all ready there. I find it highly unlikely that MEC weighes everyone the just figured it out on one size and made the rest to match.

If you have one just copy it and change the hole diameter to meet your loading needs. Make em as you need em. If you make it on the small side just ream it out a bit to get exactly what you need. I have a wide selection of Pacific bushings but just end up picking one that is close enough (0.1-0.3 gr light).

MEC bushings and their powder charts are approximations with the actual charges being generally on the lighter side. Even with the dimensions you may have to hone out the bushings to get the precise drop you want.
