Anyone used a Mech Tech carbine conversion unit with a 1911 frame? Complete top-end with 16" carbine length .45ACP barrel goes on your 1911 frame. Uses the standard 1911 magazines. Converts your 1911 into a carbine. Here's a pic I scooped off the 'net...
