Hi all. Finally got a chance (terrible Spring weather) to try my new to me subgauge tubeset. All was working well until I got down to the 410. About 50% of the time the trigger doesn't reset to the next barrel.

What are my options for changing to mech triggers? Ideally without sending the gun away for a month of the already too short shooting season. I have a few people nearby that can work on 682s, so is there a parts kit I can buy?

I believe that Kolar is the only company that does a mechanical conversion and they will only do it on a Beretta that they are supplying the sub gauge tubes for (good old lawyers and insurance companies are probably at fault). Most of the "conversions" are actually a rework of the inertia system. As I understand it, this is a very successful process. There are a number of good folks south of the border. Perhaps some folks know of some good smiths up here. You can always take a trip to the US and have the trigger altered down there (make an appointment and wait for it).
