I've used both. No real difference both ate made to the nato standard for dressing.
Both is us Milatary issue.
The izzy ones ww arw buying direct from mfg in Israel.
Same with the small 4 inch

I can't get into details . But if you are buying a quality unit that looks like this their is a 90% chance you ate just buying a rebranded unit from thiA company.
I have family that is involved with the Israeli company.
We hope to find time to do a video of this this spring /summer
