Medved-3 Aka "the bear" feedback???

Ive been looking around the forum (mainly the search option) for info about the Medved rifle. Whats so neat about this rifle is the fact that its the closest know relative (to my knowledge) to the SVD dragunov. If anyone would have feedback on it it would be great. BTW the medved is for sell on interammo which is another place you dont hear much about around the forum. (from what i see)

I suspect you don't hear anything about them because they are $3000. There are lots of proven, high quality options for 1/2 that price.
 
of course i saw the price tag and have no intention of buying one unless i win the loto but i still like to expand my knowledge of lesser know rifles.
 
Don't mean to bash it but on talks.guns.ru the opinions were quite polar - love or hate, which to me indicates lack of persistent quality, which by itself is unacceptable for 3K gun. Other than that, everything Medved can do M14s does for $500, even scope mount at least as ugly as Medved's. :)
