Meeting a fellow gunut face to face.

Just had to share this! I had a very nice privilege this morning. Got a chance to meet one of the regular posters on this Forum (CZ452 Shooter). He and his father were headed North to get in an early moose hunt and Jordan PM'd me a couple of days ago to see if we could meet when they went through Prince George on their way. We made the arrangements, and got to spend a bit of time jawing and generally getting acquainted. I have to say I was very impressed with them both. For a 15-year old, Jordan shows a humility and forthrightness that is refreshing. He has obviously enjoyed excellent parenting. These sort of people reinforce our faith in fellow shooters and hunters. I wish them success in their endeavors! Hope to meet some other posters in time. Regards, Eagleye.

I find Jordan to be mature beyond his fifteen years.

From what I have read on his posts he is a class act. He has reinforced my faith that there are some "good kids" out there.

Pleasure meeting you as well, Dave. It's always nice to "put a face with that name" and to talk to someone with very similar tastes for shooting and the general outdoors. Maybe next time we can go out to the range and do some shooting .

And to let you know how we made out on the moose hunt - didn't get anything but had a great time. Just beeing out there, riding the quads, doing some fishing, etc is good enough for me.

Seems the snow in the winter/ticks in the spring was hard on the moose from about Chetwynd to Pink Mountain (according to the CO's and local hunters).

Again, pleasure to meet you and I am looking forward to meeting other regulars of the site.

All the Gunnutz I have met so far I wouldn't want to be alone for too long with them without having a cattle prod or tazer handy.



















J/K actually all the Gunnutz I have met are all upstanding, honest, well spoken (most of them anyway ) people who are a hoot to spend time with.
