Meopta Meostar B1 HD binoculars

Just looking to see if anyone has gotten behind these new Meopta meostar B1 HD binoculars with the HD glass . contemplating the leica ultravid and swaro el...however, i have heard the meopta are sweet bino's and are way less money...only problem is no local dealer for them.
looking at a 10x42
 
You can order them from B&H photo they are not local but are great to deal with I used to order a lot of camera and studio gear from them never a problem and great customer service.
however I'm not sure if there was a warranty issue if Meopta is weird like many others and you need to have the Canadian model worth checking with them before you buy.
 
Never looked at those bino's myself. But I've had one of there scopes, and there glass is extremely good for the price point. And while researching about there spotting scopes. They came up a lot as having just as good of glass as the Swaro's.
