I recently purchased a Meprolight 21 m from Wolverine. I must say this is a great piece of kit. I like the fact that there aren't batteries involved. This is my first red dot so I don't have anything to measure it against but it really works well. The washout that is blogged about all over the net is in fact true but is also solved with a washout remover or similar. For my intended purpose it is perfect. Wolverine had this red dot ( actually amber) on sale for a great price. Service was awesome. I would recommend it. Reticle dot 4.3 moa version is the one I purchased.

If IDF uses them on their Tavors it seems like the right choice. Using an AimPoint or EOTEC on a Tavor is like putting a Chev power plant in a Mopar!!! But really whatever works best for the individual (Function and Finance) is a okay.

The Mepro 21 is one of our favorites!

The fiber optics have upgraded quite a bit over the years, but the wash out remover can be a nice "manual override" to have.

Picked the one with the triangle dot from Wolverine and like it a lot, no problems with it during hunting season.

Bob, are you still using the Meprolight? What firearm are you using it on? I am curious as to how effective it would be for hunting coyotes?

Also, I am kind of between the Bullseye reticle and the Triangle. Whatya say?

April 10: went for it... ordered the M21 with Bullseye reticle.
