Meprolight MP21 killflash / cover?

Any of you know where I can source a killflash and a cover for my MP21? Can't seem to find much through Google.

Found one... Anyone know IF / what the costs are to have new tritium added, should the current sights die ?

I have an older Tavor... one of the ones without the full length rail, and I am curious as to if Meprolight would recharge it for a small cost.

Also shopping for one for my Scorpion and in the event it is dim or will get dim in the next couple of years, I wouldn't mind getting that one done too.
