Mesa tactical 4 shot carrier (right side)?

does anybody here have this carrier for their Rem 870? or other shotgun? i have the 6 shot model now, but i find it to be quite a bit big. and instead of ordering the 4 shot model which mounts on the left side of the receiver, and covers my beloved "Police Magnum", i thought i'd try the right side. behind the ejection port!!

and i realize that the right side mount would be better suited for southpaws, but that isn't really my problem. i like the idea that it's not covering the model of shotgun.
