Messages do not delete

Hi All,

So I went in my message inbox / conversations. It says I am at my limit of 500 which is correct.

but since I have deleted at least 4-5 messages and it still says that I am at 500 and so I can't answer any

Help please

How do you delete. The old system allowed you to delate. The new system allows you to select , but there doesn't seem to be a delete function? SOS!

Click on your messages, click show all messages, check the bix next to message you want to delete, select action, select leave conversation.
Bam...it's deleted

Ive selected to leave the conversation quite a few times but my inbox remains full. The message i choose to leave disappears but the inbox still shows 500

After selecting the conversation and selecting each conversation to leave you have to hit the go button, then click save
