metal folding stock

hi, i would like to know where i can get a metal top folding stock, the same as the ATI one but a good quality metal version.

The ATI top folding stock is plastic sort of copy of the Remington Police top folding stock. Check on the EQUIPMENT EXCHANGE on this site. Choate also makes a metal top folding stock. I have a Choate top folding stock and 3 Butler Creek side folding stocks, I prefer the side folding stocks. If you have to use a top folding stocked gun when folded you have no access to the sights and if you need to shoot you need to hit and that usually requires the sights to do it right. Also a lot of people on this site have made comments that the Remington top folder is uncomfortable to shoot with the stock folded out, it bites your cheek or something, I don't have one to compare. If I don't need it to fold ,I personally prefer the factory wood stock, but thats just me. ww w.milarm.com has links to Choate and also sometimes has folding stocks in stock ( just depends what make or model)

thanks, I'll check that out, i was also thinking about a knoxx folding stock, but it is incompatible with the side saddle

Try contacting Dlask. They had a bunch of refurbished 870's available a while back with the factory Remington folding stock.

FYI it's not compatible with a side saddle either, although someone did adapt a side siddle with some spacers to make it work.
