Metalform Mag Problems: .45ACP

I was in on the CGN group purchase of Metalform 1911 mags a few months ago. I bought three and have only used them 3-4 times since with no problems. However, today I couldn't insert a loaded mag and when checking it, saw the following. Talk about peeved...looks like the solder or whatever holds the mag together has split. I'm going to see about getting a replacement, but has anyone else experienced such problems?

I've had about a dozen metalform mags over the last 10 years, and was also part of the latest group buy.

Never had any problem with the mags or the company. E-mail Ginny(?) and she'll likely make it right quickly.

Thanks - as you suggested, I emailed Ginny, sent back the mag by post and received a replacement on Friday. No complaints - just wish I didn't have to spend $6 to mail it.
