Where can u buy a fake can for a M8 x .75 thread ? is the gsg 1911 the only option ?

Get a machinist to thread a chunk of aluminum bar for you.
Throwing a quick knurl on it will look nice.

Ya i thought i could get lucky and buy the Gsg1911 fake can from blue line and slap it on my colt m4 BUT i took the tread protector off my Gsg and its deffinitly a 9 and my Colt is an 8. www.Mfiap.com makes an amazing can and the proper adapter for the colt but im not sure if they ship to Canada.

I have a 7 inch barrel and im putting on a 9 inch handguard and want a fake can bring up the extra few inches assuming the can is roughly 5 inches long ill have 3 inches sticking out for a look like this.

If its the same thread as the norinco m4 nc star makes a golf ball launcher for it. I got one in for my friend and when he was not using it he would flip it around backwards and looked like a can on the end. I dont know if it would fit inside of the quad rail though but would be the look your going for.
