im looking at the 4.4-18x falcon metric scopes. I really like the idea of making adjustments in mils rather than moa but im not sure about a few things. The distances between the mil dots are only accurate at a fix power but is there a way of estimating the distance at different powers? for example since the falcon reticles are accurate at 10x would i be able to estimate that at 12x the distance between the mil dots are 0.7 of what it is at 10x to give a quick guess.
im also considering the FFP 5.5-25x but with that i've read that the reticle is too thick at high magnification, whats the point of high mag if you loose precision because of your reticle...maybe i should just get the moa one
