Mexican Mauser 7mm - Large or Small Ring????????????

From what I have been reading most Mausers after 1898 were large ring with only a few still being manufactured as Small Rings. I was told this 1934 Mexican Mauser is a Large Ring. How can you tell? Based on what I have read it looks like a small ring? Any info would be appreciated.

yes, small ring.

Small ring. Large ring has a diameter of about 1.40" and small ring is about 1.30". Give or take a few thou.
