MFS 30-06 over pressure?

I picked up a Parker Hale Super Safari in 30-06 this past Saturday and a box of MFS ammo, 150gr.

I was just looking for some ammo that goes boom.

Well I ended up with flattened primers and gas leaking around the head.

We measured the cases and it does not appear to be headspace issues, no ring on the case and the shoulder length is the same as any other fired 30-06 from other guns.

After the fact I am now reading that MFS has been known to have scary over pressure on the ammo, anyone else run into this?

I will be breaking down this stuff for components.

I have never seen smoke come out around the bolt, that is freaky.

I wouldn't put that sheet in any of my guns....that goes for Barnaul too.

I wish I knew that before Sunday, it had me freaked out that the gun I just bought had crazy headspace problems.

I have never had headspace problems or pressure signs before, which is a good thing, but I now know what to look for and to not have happen with my reloads.
