MG34 belt loading machine

Most places that have them in the US won't ship them to Canada (Sarco is an example) as they are labelled as an MG accessory.
I know people get them from Europe and bring them back from the US but I don't know if this is allowed.

Most are Yugo post war but made on original equipment. If lucky you can get a nice waffen amt one. I had to take mine apart as even the inside was jammed with thick orange grease.
Make sure you get the right chambering the 308 cal and 8mm cal loaders are slightly different.

I have a friend in the US that can order it for me. I am just not sure if there are any legal issues with him mailing it to me. I would think it is just a tool or is it considered a gun part?

It is not a gun part, however the ATF regulates some gun accessories such as optics. For US import/export laws, phone Leroy's in Montana, they used to work with Prophet River in Alberta for import/exports.

I know many people mail scopes and other regulated items from the US without permits. Most get away with it but you always run the rist of losing an item.

send it to an American address near Ur city and go over Nd pick it up

and if it us considered a non exportable part, you face loss of car, years in jail and lifetime us entery ban

sounds like a good idea

DO NOT attempt to export ANY gun stuff from the usa without export permits OR call the state depart YOURSELF to confirm if they item is ok to export your self (most are NOT)
