Well over the weekend my bolt rollers fell apart cracked and such had a hard time finding some replacements.Well today a local machine shop is making me 3 complete sets which will be nice to have so if any of u with worn out rollers I know a source in Manitoba who will make u new ones

I really have an appreciation for the little companies who are willing to take on such a unique project.

I wonder if it would be cool with the webmasters that these folks get a promotion, here? Who know what else they might be keen to machine out of metal for other shooters... tho I reckon that could get out of control quickly

The rollers wearing out sounds like its becoming more of a common issue. Mine are still pretty good but now I'm worried about the wear and tear on my rollers as well. Finding an entirely new machined bolt for semi-auto aren't as easy to find as the guns themselves and tossing aside a solid bolt with no rollers does no good for anyone. Contacting TNW for replacement rollers might be an option but having a buddy make them for you seems better if they fit and function the same if not better. Let us know how your custom rollers turn out :p

Glad to hear it's a machined part and not a stamped part that broke.
It just takes the skills to under stand how a part works to be able to machine a new one.
But if it's stamped you have to make the tooling first so you can make the part and that get expensive .

Was really hoping to hear the MG34 putting some 8mm down range this weekend :(

what ever you do, dont by sh!t from TNW! all they care about is filling orders. they are making their own wheels (and many other "garbage quality" parts claimed to be original) out of a extremely soft metal that wont last more then one outing.
marstar has original rollers for $40 for a set ($20 a side)
i hope this stops at least one person from going threw the headache i did...

cheers
