What is the deal with TC. Encore and ProHunter barrels are nearly impossible to find at Canadian dealers. Their other offerings also appear to have disappeared from the shelves of most LGS and online dealers.
 
I think S & W bought them out a few years ago and then crapped the bed with the new acquisition. I thought I read recently that S & W was going to re-focus on handguns so I guess used it is from now on I guess.

bought my first way beforehand, in love with them ever since.
I have 2 on my no sell list.............. several barrels as well that are keepers.
think what you want. I'm no "brainwashed Jo Sixpack"...............
 
I love my tc prohunter break actions I have 204, 308, 7mm rem mag, 300 win mag, a very short 45-70 govt and a 50 cal ml barrels
