Anyone using this mount? I've been looking at the BC Tactical Scout mount but it's impossible to find at the moment, and BCT says they won't have them back in stock until the end of Feb. Advantages of the MI mount... slightly less expensive than the BC Tactical mount (not by much though) and it sits lower than the BCT unit as well (reviews say by ~3/4") which is a good thing given cheekweld issues on the SKS at the best of times when using the standard stock with dots / scopes. Disadvantages, from the reviews I've watched, is that you have to remove one of the mounting screws from the mount itself to remove the gas tube. Not a big deal as the mount is said to stay solid even with the one screw removed (no need to re-zero). The other concern is that this MI mount is designed for use with the Burris FastFire II/III units and "clones." The Burris dots are spendy little things. That said, in looking at the Bushnell Fast Fire tonight (much cheaper than the Burris) it looks like its mounting holes are the same as the Burris unit.

So, thoughts please on this mount from those that might be using it...
