Midland rifles

Just wondering who manufactured Midland rifles I'm guessing a company named Midland but if so are they still around, or do they go by a different name now? I believe they were made in england.

They are made by Parker-Hale. It was their cheaper line.

There was a Midland Gun Company, which operated in the heyday of British gunmaking. Later, Parker Hale acquired the name, and, as RePete has pointed out, marketed a cheaper line of guns under the name. Eventually Navy Arms acquired PH assets, and sold PH Midland guns assembled in the US.
