It's my understanding that it's a US only program, and last time I looked there is no LE Nightforce dealer in Canada.

The one NX8 I seen the windage knob was capped. But the top (zero stop) elevation knob wasn't.

I had communicated with NF in the past, while rampart was still a distributor, but could only give the discount to agencies. Not sure if it changed but NF will give you the discount but can't export it themselves. They had no objection to shipping it to the USA if you were willing to do the legwork to export it.
