Military Mauser with modified ejector box uses 2 screws

I purchased a Military VZ24 Mauser, that was used to make a Schultz And Larsen M58 Otterup, Well it doesn't have a traditional Mauser ejector box tab. It's milled flat, square hole had a plate welded in, and tapped for 2 different size holes thru the side.

What type of ejector and bolt stop does it use?
