millet 6x25x56 35mm tube whats your opinion on these scopes i was looking at one today and compared it with a bushnell 6x24x50 30mm tube and could not make up my mind so I left empty handed and want you guy and gals to help me make up my mind, any help, its going on a Savage 10fcp 308 and will be used to plink and a little hunting till my arms get tired of carring it...

I have one on my savage F/TR, I won a shoot with it last year against guys with pretty high end gear, I am quite satisfies with mine, especially for the price.
I had one, was the culprit behind me selling a few frustrating rifle builds that weren't the rifle at all... If I could do it again I would have held out for better glass for a bit more money as 35mm rings are not exactly easy to come by. If you don't mind your scope sitting a mile off of your barrel the stock ones do hold well though even under magnum recoil. IMO it was like looking through a glass of skim milk on full mag. I also purchased mine used, so god only know how it was treated before I had it. Just my $.02
that what I wanted your $.02 i think i may hold off and get something a little better.
. Glass is like the tires on an expensive sports car. If you can't get the power to the ground you aint got sh!t. Same goes for getting the lead on target. Happy shopping.
