Millett scopes

The image through my Nikon Prostaff is far more clear than on my TRS-1. Other than that, I can't complain, the adjustment feels ok and it has an illuminated reticle I don't need. Different style scopes, but all I have to compare.
 
I've got two LRS's and feel they are quite under rated for their cost, but I haven't tried any of their other glass. Not sure what model your considering, the ratings on opticsplanet are a good place to start though.
 
Glass on par with a Bushnell banner, feature laden... not a bad value.

But when it comes to cost, I would rather sacrifice some magnification for better clarity. At higher range mag, the LRS, and TRS are a bit grainy and suffer bad achromatic distortions.
