I have an buddy who works at Milarm and he let me share these pics that he is hosting!!!

I guess they received:
15x Lami SKS
15x Wood SKS - Lami and Wood the same price and they come with a pouch and sling let alone traditional kit.

15x SVT's
10x VZ24's with bayos!!

I guess they have a table at the Calgary who and I am glad they are starting to deal more heavily in Milsups again!!!! When I think of Milarm I always think of cosmo and weird stuff - not some of the more tactical stuff and fine shotguns that never seem to sell...

When I think of Milarm, I think of high prices. Although, I did manage to snag a very nice Chicom SKS that they had on consignment.

Well, it is nice to at least see something from the "cans & crates" on display.

I had the pleasure of unpacking them!!!

Pretty nice and actually the prices are pretty competitive.

SVT's well below most sites.
SKS around $199
VZ24's decent pricing.

Also some 7,62x39
7,62x54
7,62x25
and 8mm in bulk!!!

Anything you can think of specifically that makes you say our prices are high?

The tactical stuff and fine shotguns sell faster than you'd think!

ohhhh man..... Since I bought my surplus stuff last year most the prices have gone up already. if I can ever get another SVT -40 at 280$ or sks laminate at 180 I will :D

That's not actually like the old days.
When I was really involved in buying and selling surplus in the late 80's and into the mid 90's if you went to SIR or United Army Surplus or Century Arms there would be nice Mausers, Swedish, German, VZ 24's Argentine, Brazilian etc. Garands, standard and sniper, Enfields, Long Branch, Lithgow, BSA, Enfield, Faz, #5's, #4's, #1's, P-14's, L-42a1's #4MK 1(t), FN's, Ishapore, C1A1, Swedish ljungman, AK's, Portuguese Vergueiro, etc. etc. etc.
Hardly any Russian junk. A few SKS's (I had one, and it was fun, especially with the 30 rnd. mags.) The only person who would buy a Mosin couldn't afford a Mauser or Enfield, and even then most people would save up to avoid the ridicule of owning a Mosin.

Times change. Now we're happy to see milsurp inventory of any kind.

Yeah, ^^^ and the OP wasn't saying today's selection is just like the old days, obviously... just that stores having a fair amount of milsurp stock reminds him of those days.

I can't complain about milarms prices. I've found many deals there. Deals better than "down the road". Not everything can be a bargain all the time. No different than grocery shopping.

Can I ask how much for the VZ 24s? I am certainly interested and live in Edmonton, would pick up ammo too if there are package deals available. PM or message here would be excellent.

I was only ever in milarm once. Still relitivly new and there are next to no good shops down here. When i saw the racks of old millsurps i prettymuch needed new underwear. If i recall there was a stg-44 on the roof support. An uzi in the display case and a winchester 1901 in 10gauge i had to do everything in my power to not buy.. cant wait to get out there again and have another look at everything.
