Milsurp 30-06

Is there any way to get a hold of 30-06 Milsurp? I know the CMP program in the U.S is sitting on a ton but besides that?

The last shipment of M2 ball I ever saw come into this country was in around 1997 or so. A friend of mine recently came into a can of that stuff and sold it off at a nice personal profit, so it does happen. Just not very often.
