Better order quick....the price has already jumped $10 today!
My Mini is SS so I definitely don't want a blued accustrut.
Suggestion: If you have a SS synthetic Mini, then consider going with a stainless rod and black clamps (the combo!).

And if you don't have a bipod mount, consider the following: http://www.firearmstalk.com/forums/f95/mini-14-mo-rod-bipod-30164/ . You can mount a flashlight there as well.
Folks question the effect a bipod mounted on the strut has on POI but that fella swears he doesn't have a problem with it (he says so in another thread). I have 580+ series Minis with the tapered barrels and I mount the bipod below the taper and BEHIND the rear clamp on my struts. Works like a charm. At 50 yds, I can cover the holes in the target's center with the end of my thumb. That's good enough for me. )are the black ones you have aluminum and will they fit the newer models with tapered barrel I had ordered one a few years ago fom the states and I wanted the stainless model but once I put it on the gun you could really notice the weight difference I think the aluminum one would be perfect.
