I was looking around to find out the twist rate in my mini-14 and this is what I found.
It might explain why the 55gr ammo is not so great in the mini-14 , however I have not had the worst luck with it but after reading this I am going to try a heavier bullet for sure!

Can someone please tell me how to put it up without hotlinking as I know it is not allowed on this site. I tried to put spaces in between and its not working , thanks.
