Mini 14 Bull Barrel and Gas Block

I'm working through a trade with a member for a Mini-14, and depending on how the accuracy turns out, I might be looking to have a bull barrel and corresponding gas block put on the rifle. Is there anyone in Canada with the supplies and ability to do this? It will definitely be awhile until I arrange it, but I'd like to have an idea now.

Lyle Linkaitis installed a heavy barrel and gas block on a buddy's mini. Unfortunatley I don't have any contact info for him, other than he is from the Winipeg area.

Mini -14's with a bood heavy barrel are very accurate, much better than the factory barrel.
