I'm kinda curious. Is the Mini 14 with the front sling mount on the left side of the gas block common? I bought mine used years ago and it came this way with a B.C. side folder plus extras. I don't know if it was factory supplied but supposedly was brought up by a LEO from the states. There is no option for the sling mount on the bottom of the gas block. It also came with a factory 5 and 20 round mag. Special package? 184 series.
